About

Lloyd is a freelance flautist based in London and the North West.

With numerous accolades including winning 2nd Prize at the Liverpool International Flute Competition, he enjoys a diverse performing career, in demand as a soloist, orchestral and chamber musician.

His playing can be heard on albums with Linn Records and Chandos Records.

Lloyd graduated with Distinction from his Master’s at the Royal Academy of Music (studying with Karen Jones, Laura Jellicoe, Anna Noakes and Keith Bragg), where he was also awarded a DipRAM for an outstanding final recital.
